Grab It All Privacy Policy

Grab It All is a casual game for players of all ages, made by RohDev.io ("we"). This policy explains what information the game uses and why. We designed the game to collect as little as possible, because children play it too.

Information we do not collect

The game has no accounts of its own. We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos or any other personal information. We do not run our own servers for the game.

Game progress

Your progress, coins, outfits and settings are saved on your device. If you choose cloud save (see below), a copy is also kept in your Google account. We cannot see this data. Uninstalling the game deletes the copy on your device.

Optional cloud save (Google Play Games)

You can choose to save your progress with Google Play Games. If you do, your game progress (levels, stars, coins, outfits and settings) is stored as a saved game in your own Google account, using Google Play Games Services, so you can continue on another phone. The game uses your Play Games account only to save and load this progress; we do not receive your name, email address or contacts. You can play as a guest instead, in which case progress stays on your device only. You can delete the cloud copy at any time in Settings > Cloud save > Delete cloud save, and manage your Play Games data in the Google Play Games app. Google handles this data under the Google Privacy Policy.

Advertising

The game can show optional video ads when you choose to watch one: "Watch & Continue" after losing all your hearts, or a bonus (a power-up for the next level or double coins) on the level-complete screen. Ads never play unless you tap one of these buttons. These ads are provided by Google AdMob. Because the game is played by children, every ad request is marked as child-directed and as coming from a user under the age of consent, and only ads rated suitable for general audiences (rated G) are requested. This means the ads are not personalized and are not based on your interests or behavior.

To show and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, Google's Mobile Ads SDK may automatically process limited device information, such as the advertising ID, IP address, device model, operating system version and basic interactions with the ad. This data is handled by Google under its own policies:

Players in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland may be shown Google's consent message where required by law.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The game follows Google Play's Families Policy, and its ads are limited as described above. Parents can contact us at the address below with any questions.

Your choices

Watching ads is always optional. You can reset or delete your device's advertising ID in your Android settings. You can delete all game data by uninstalling the game.

Delete your data

This section explains how to delete your data from Grab It All by RohDev.io.

1. Cloud save (Google account): open the game, go to Settings > Cloud save > Delete cloud save, type Delete and confirm. The copy of your progress in your Google account is deleted right away, and the game switches to saving on this phone only.
2. Without the game installed: open your Google Play Games profile (or the Play Games settings on your phone) and delete the data for Grab It All, or delete your Play Games data from your Google Account.
3. Progress on your phone: uninstall the game, or clear its storage in your Android app settings.

What is deleted: your saved game progress (levels, stars, coins, outfits and settings) and, if you delete it through Google, your Play Games data for this game. What is kept: we keep nothing. The game has no servers and we never receive your progress. Advertising data processed by Google AdMob is handled and retained by Google under the Google Privacy Policy; you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings.
